1. About us

This website, tinselo.store, is operated by Tinselo ("we", "us", "our"), Strada Locotenent Andrei, 715200 Dorohoi, Botoșani, Romania. You can contact us at liteanucristian04@gmail.com. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We do our best to show product colors, sizes and features accurately. Small differences between the photos and the actual product can happen, for example because of screen settings. Measurements are approximate.

3. Prices and discounts

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any active discount, such as our discount on all products, is applied automatically at checkout, and the final price is shown before you pay. We may change prices or end a promotion at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Using our products safely

Please read and follow the instructions and warnings that come with each product, especially for electrical items, candles and items used outdoors. Keep small parts and decorations away from young children and pets.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website content

The texts, design and logo on this site belong to Tinselo and may not be copied without our permission.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to solve it quickly. You can also contact your national consumer protection authority.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
