Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every Tinselo order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. In the busy weeks before Christmas this can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our suppliers' warehouses, so delivery times depend on your country. Most orders arrive within about 5–12 business days after they ship. These times are estimates, not guarantees. If you need your decorations for a specific date, we recommend ordering early.

If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Order updates

You will get an email when your order ships. When the carrier provides a tracking number, it is included in that email.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any charges that were not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at liteanucristian04@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
