Refund policy

We want every Tinselo order to bring a bit of Christmas into your home. If something is not right, we will help you fix it.

30-day returns

You can ask for a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at liteanucristian04@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please do not send items back before contacting us: we will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first asking for a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay anything for the return.

Return shipping costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is paid by you. If the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it under this policy once it arrives.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day window above is longer than this and does not reduce your legal rights. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email. You also keep your legal rights for goods that are faulty or not as described.
